Our producer Andraž Jerič selected for PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE

Producers on the Move is a long-standing programme to promote promising producers and foster international co-productions, organized by European Film Promotion (EFP) which chooses 20 upcoming producers from 20 participating countries each year. This year, the selection also includes our very own Andraž Jerič as the Slovenian representative.

The programme usually takes place in Cannes each May, but due to the ongoing pandemic Producers on the Move will take place online again for the second year, with a possibility to meet up in Cannes if the festival actually does take place later in July. The schedule includes a series of round tables and one-to-one meetings between the participating producers, a short pitching session where the producers will be able to present their upcoming projects, and an informal meeting with representatives of the most prominent European co-production markets and festivals.

There are several well established and renowned producers in the selection this year, including Kasper Dissing (Denmark), the producer of this year’s Oscar winner Another Round, and Bianca Oana (Romania) who produced Touch Me Not, winner of the Golden Bear in 2018. The programme is supported by Creative Europe – MEDIA and Eurimages in cooperation with Festival Scope.
